But if you felt it was wrong with your 1 buy, we are always here to assist with your case. In short, we follow guidelines with our return and refund policy to make it as clear as water for you and to give you peace of mind.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns or provide refunds on eligible items that meet the following conditions:

Shipping Timeline

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Items such as bill books, invoice books, challan books, ID cards, or printed letterheads that arrive damaged or with a misprint may be eligible for a return or reprint.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product than what was ordered—say, a cap print instead of a folder design—we will replace it promptly.
  • Print Errors by Us: If your catalogue design, leaflet, or flyer has a layout or content error from our end, we will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.

Due to the customised nature of printed materials, we cannot accept returns for design changes, user errors (such as spelling mistakes), or dissatisfaction with design choices once approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised t-shirt printing, cap printing, or envelope printing that was approved and processed as per client specifications.
  • Orders using specialty materials like SBS paper board, duplex board, corrugated board, or hard board which are cut and customised to the client’s size and finish.
  • Products that have been used, handled, or altered after delivery.
  • Designs that were approved at the proofing stage—including pamphlet designs, letterheads, or business cards—and later requested to be changed.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or error must be shared.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and packed safely for return (if physical return is required).

If eligible, we may either reprint the product or initiate a full/partial refund based on the circumstances.

How to Request a Return or Refund?

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us with your order number and description of the issue.
  2. Attach relevant images showcasing the problem.
  3. Await our response—usually within 24 to 48 business hours.

Our team will review your request and offer a fair resolution that could include reprinting the product, offering store credit, or processing a refund.

Timelines for Refunds

For refunds that have been approved, you will receive your funds in 5–7 business days. The credited amount may take some additional days to actually reflect in your account depending upon the payment method that you have used.

Design Approval Disclaimer

By accepting the digital proof for a brochure design, folder, catalogue, flyer or letterhead you are confirming the content colours, layout and sizes are all correct. We suggest reviewing all elements thoroughly prior to final approval as they might have slight variations.

The proof is approved, and the job is in production, so no more editing and we do not provide any refunds in case of mistakes by you.
