The timeline for each design or printing job will be clearly specified. Lead time subject to work and material overhead. We ensure we deliver the projects within time without compromising the quality.
Please note that once a design or printed product has been approved by the client, changes may not be possible. We recommend carefully reviewing proofs before giving final approval.
A non-refundable deposit is required on all orders before we begin work, with the final balance payable upon delivery, or before the goods are shipped. Custom or bulk orders may require a different payment schedule which will be communicated at the beginning of the project.
It offers personalised design and printing services to cater to different clients. Consequently, cancellations after being approved or in production may not be refundable. An exception to this may be the case if a project is safe to move into partial refunds before any work occurs on a project, this may be considered.
Once payment in full is made, all original designs completed by our team become property of the client. Unless expressly prohibited by the client, we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
Clients are to be brief and provide complete information and content on every design and print job to ensure smooth workflow. This may consist of subtitled notifications, images, logos or particular control lines.
Delays in providing this information may lead to a change in delivery timelines.
