All orders are delivered via reliable courier partners to ensure they reach you without any hassle. We particularly take care for the packaging of delicate paper materials and heavy board-based products such as hard board, and corrugated board packaging, etc.
You may also opt for self-pickup or same-day delivery (within city limits), subject to availability and order size.

Shipping is free for orders above a certain value, which may vary based on your location. For smaller orders, minimal courier charges are applied at checkout. All costs are transparently communicated before you complete your purchase.
At present, we cater to customers based in India. You are based overseas and would like to query about international postage for brochure design / catalogue printing or other items please do send us direct message. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
You will get SMS and/or Email with all the tracking details when your order is shipped. You can track your parcel until it arrives at your doorstep in real time.
Quality control is high on our agenda. Please note that if your printed products (letterheads, envelopes, pamphlets, or folder designs) arrive damaged as a result of, say, transit, we need to inform you within 24 hours after your order has been received. You will just need to send a clear photo of it to our support email, and we will solve the issue in no time — with a reprint or refund depending on the case.
Please note: Since each order is customised—especially items like logo design, ID cards, and custom printed apparel—we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or damage.
