Fast, Reliable Delivery – From Designs to Doorstep

All business essentials are time-sensitive, and we know it. For urgent order whether some express business cards are needed, a few letterheads for a new campaign or a brochure design for an incoming event, we also strive to dispatch every order as soon as possible.

Once your get is confirmed, and your paintings are approved, our team prints on time and on spot. When they are ready, it is all packed carefully — from light-weight pamphlet designs to bulkier things such as corrugate board prints.

Shipping Timeline

• Standard Products (e.g., flyers, leaflets, folders, and catalogue designs): Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Custom Apparel (e.g., T-shirt printing, cap printing): Dispatched within 4–7 business days.
• Stationery Items such as bill books, challan books, ID cards, and envelopes: Typically shipped within 3–5 business days depending on order quantity.
• Bulk Packaging Materials like SBS paper board, duplex board, and hard board: Delivery may take 5–8 business days.

We will always keep you informed with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Methods

All orders are delivered via reliable courier partners to ensure they reach you without any hassle. We particularly take care for the packaging of delicate paper materials and heavy board-based products such as hard board, and corrugated board packaging, etc.

You may also opt for self-pickup or same-day delivery (within city limits), subject to availability and order size.

Packaging Standards

Our packaging approach depends on the type of product:

• Lightweight Materials (e.g., leaflets, flyers, letterheads): Sealed in moisture-resistant envelopes or flat boxes.
• Books and Cards (e.g., bill books, ID cards, challan books): Bubble-wrapped and boxed for added protection.
• Boards (e.g., SBS paper board, duplex board): Reinforced packing with edge protection.
• Apparel Printing (e.g., T-shirts, caps): Packed in breathable pouches to avoid wrinkles or print damage.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders above a certain value, which may vary based on your location. For smaller orders, minimal courier charges are applied at checkout. All costs are transparently communicated before you complete your purchase.

International Orders

At present, we cater to customers based in India. You are based overseas and would like to query about international postage for brochure design / catalogue printing or other items please do send us direct message. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking

You will get SMS and/or Email with all the tracking details when your order is shipped. You can track your parcel until it arrives at your doorstep in real time.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

Quality control is high on our agenda. Please note that if your printed products (letterheads, envelopes, pamphlets, or folder designs) arrive damaged as a result of, say, transit, we need to inform you within 24 hours after your order has been received. You will just need to send a clear photo of it to our support email, and we will solve the issue in no time — with a reprint or refund depending on the case.

Please note: Since each order is customised—especially items like logo design, ID cards, and custom printed apparel—we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or damage.
